58 Use shampoo and conditioner bars.

Travel-sized shampoo and conditioner bottles never last for a whole
trip, and they can leak in your luggage. Instead, bring shampoo and conditioner
in bar form. They last for months, and are easy and mess-free to pack.
                59 Pamper your peepers.

If your eyes get pu y, keep your eye cream in your hotel room’s mini-

fridge. The coolness helps to reduce swelling. Similarly, if you wrap a few ice
cubes in a washcloth and apply as a compress, your tired eyes will wake up.
60 Micellar water is a miracle.

Micellar water is actually so water with oil molecules suspended

in it. It doubles as a makeup remover and cleansing toner, and requires no
rinsing, so it’s perfect for on-the-go use. Just pour a drop or two on a clean
cotton ball, wipe, and wonder where all that grime came from.
61 Experience the local beauty treatments.

In Egypt, I had my eyebrows done by traditional threading. In Morocco,
I had the most luxurious bath in the neighborhood hammam. So go soak in a
Japanese onsen. Splurge on a Parisian haircut. Get an herbal facial in Thailand.
You’ll look good, feel even better, and make some interesting connections with
                other women of the world.
