What our travelers say:
                55 Probiotics for intestinal health.

When I went to India in 2016, I learned from my son’s experience
while visiting his wife’s family in India. He chose to take a probiotic each
day. I used a product called Three Lac that does not need to be refrigerated
and can be taken without food or water. I experienced no intestinal distress
while several members of our group had issues.

56 Take good care of your feet.

Be sure to break in new shoes before you leave! During your trip, soak
your feet in warm water for about 20 minutes every evening to boost blood

circulation and ensure you start the next day o on the right foot. For tired
feet, running cold water over them can provide instant relief. Consider over-
the-counter products that can help prevent blisters and sore spots: Velvetex™

              Moleskin, so  microfiber padding you can put over tender areas of your foot;
and Dr. Scholl’s® for Her Rub Relief® Stick, an anti-friction glide stick.
              57 Sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen.

I’ve said it three times—and that’s not enough. You already know the
damage UV rays can do, and you’re going to be outdoors quite a lot as you travel.
You can keep a small tube of sunscreen in your purse, and use makeup and
moisturizer that already has sunblock in it for added protection.

                                                                               SODA
BAKING SODA GOES A LONG WAY.

Baking soda is perhaps the ultimate travel multi-tasker. Use it as:

             • toothpaste in a pinch • a manicure brightener
             • a cleanser for your toothbrush • an antacid
             • a facial scrub and exfoliant • for itch and bug-bite relief

             • a foot and underarm deodorant • a sunburn aid
