T Sachets of powdered electrolytes or powdered sports drink. If you feel dehydrated, you
can mix them with bottled water, and this should help you rehydrate quickly.

T Optional: Prescription medicine to prevent malaria
T Optional: A strong prescription pain medication for rare emergency purposes
