               Recommended Clothing
                  T    Shirts: A mixture of short and long-sleeved shirts to layer, in a breathable fabric


                  T    Trousers, jeans, or skirts

                  T    Shoes and socks: Sturdy and comfortable walking shoes with arch support are
                      suggested. Bring at least a couple pairs of medium- to heavy-weight socks for hiking

                  T    Light rain jacket/windbreaker with hood

                  T    Swimsuit for hotel pools
