Cambodian Khmer Children : The Champey Academy of Arts
is a non-profit school that provides children in Phnom Penh the
chance to learn traditional Cambodian arts including dance,
music, and painting—for free. We’ll visit the school on Day 11 and
see a classical and folk Khmer dance performance by some of the
children who attend.
Locals Along the Mekong Delta : During our sampan cruise
through the canals of Vietnam’s Mekong Delta on Day 17, we’ll

makes coconut candy and a couple who will teach us about a local
